Even if you make this card in OCG, you can get hit by a monster with fire power and shorten your life, but you can't give power. As already said, Level 2 Fairy Normal Monsters have spheres with support cards, so basically you'll be using that one.
In addition, in the GB series, it has the effect of strengthening all allies in exchange for 1000 LP, and it was quite useful there.
